What do you see?

The Copy from 8XX screen allows you to copy the features and routing instructions contained in a selected toll-free number’s primary call plan into the primary call plan for the toll-free number you are currently viewing.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Enter 8XX to copy	This field allows you to type the toll-free number from which you want to copy the primary call plan.   Note:  If you leave this field blank, the system will return every toll-free number associated with your enterprise.
  	Click this button to retrieve the toll-free number(s) you specified in the Enter 8XX to copy field.  When you click this button, the system retrieves your number(s), then refreshes your browser window.  When the screen refreshes, the number(s) appear in the Please choose the plan to copy list.
  Toll-free Number	This column displays all the toll-free numbers from which you can copy the primary call plan.  The values in this column are all links, so you can click the number whose call plan you want to copy.
  Superrouting Id	This column displays the unique identifier used for each toll-free number in a Superroute(Superroutes allow you to create one call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.).
  Service Type	This column indicates whether each listed toll-free number is Simple(A simple call plan is comprised of one toll-free number and at least one terminating address, but no features.) or Enhanced(An enhanced call plan includes options such as multiple terminating addresses, features, and alternate call plan instructions.).
  Available to Copy	This column indicates whether or not you can copy from each listed number.  In other words, this column tells you whether the listed numbers reside on the same platform as the number you currently have loaded.
  	Click this button to view the previous grouping of toll-free numbers.  When you retrieve all toll-free numbers associated with your enterprise, the Copy from 8XX screen displays them in small, manageable chunks.  This button and the Next button allow you to navigate those chunks to find the number you seek.
  	Click this button to return to the last screen you were viewing without taking any action.
  	Click this button to view the next grouping of toll-free numbers.  When you retrieve all toll-free numbers associated with your enterprise, the Copy from 8XX screen displays them in small, manageable chunks.  This button and the Prev button allow you to navigate those chunks to find the number you seek.

Notes:  

• You can only copy toll-free numbers that reside on the same platform as the number to which you are copying.  If the number whose call plan you want to copy is not available, then it currently resides on a different platform.  Contact the Help Desk to find out more about having a number moved to the appropriate platform.

• You cannot copy call plans to toll-free numbers that are part of a Superroute(Superroutes allow you to create a single, primary call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.).
