Procedure
|
Follow the steps below to copy a primary
call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate. Every toll-free number can have multiple call plans associated with it.) from one toll-free number to another:
Notes:
-
You cannot perform this procedure if the toll-free number you are viewing is part of a
Superroute(Superroutes allow you to create a single, primary call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.).
-
If you attempt to copy a primary or alternate call plan with a
restricted dedicated terminating address(To ensure network security, the system blocks users from making changes to trunks that Qwestyour provider owns. You will not be able to make any changes that involve terminating addresses on these trunks.), the system will block the action and display an
error message(“This terminating address is Qwest owned and cannot be modified. Please contact your account team to submit change orders.”).
