This screen continues the process of generating a Geographic NPA/NXX Routing Report(This report lists all routing instructions provisioned for a Toll-free Call Plan,along with their associated area code/exchange combinations.). This screen allows you to select the specific Call Plan on which you want to base the report.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to select the specific call plan on which you want to base the report.  The list contains all the call plans provisioned for the toll-free number you selected on the previous page.
  	Click this button to return to the previous page without taking any action.
  	This button clears any fields you have changed so you can start over.
  	This button submits your selections and generates the report, taking you to the Report Summary Log.
