The Utilization Report: Busy Hour screen gives you detailed information on the busiest hour of traffic each selected trunk group experienced over the selected date range. This report tells you how many calls travelled over each trunk, how many calls were blocked due to traffic volume, and recommends how many channels you may need to handle the traffic load. Note: Trunk utilization reports are based on statistical information from a unique data source and may not exactly match data from other sources. Each report is intended for different purposes and presents its data in a manner appropriate to its usage. For example, Trunk Utilization report data may not match Traffic Utilization report data because the each report's data comes from different sources and is intended for different purposes. |
