What do you see?

The Report Information screen allows you to assign a name and a title to your Traffic Utilization Report(These reports allow you to track usage statistics for toll-free numbers associated with your enterprise.). You can also attach any relevant comments you have to the report.  If you are generating a Detail report, this screen also allows you to select the parameters on which you want to base the report.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Name	This field allows you to name your report. Be sure to use a name that will help you identify the report contents.
  Title	This field allows you to give your report a title. This title will appear in the title bar of the browser screen in which the report appears.
  Comments	This field allows you to attach relevant comments to your report.
  	This button submits your selections and takes you to the next screen to continue  the report generation.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any actions.
  Detail Report Options (These boxes only appear when you generate a Detail Report)
  Field	Description
  Select All	Select this check box to include all available options on your report.
  Disconnection Time	Select this check box to include the time at which each call in the report ended.
  Called Number/Trunk Group Name	Select this check box to include the number to which the network routed each call listed in the report.  This value will be a telephone number(for Switched terminating Addresses) or a Trunk identifier(for Dedicated terminating addresses).
  Terminating ANI	Select this check box to include the telephone number from which each call to one of your toll-free numbers in the report originated.
  Completed Minutes of Usage (MOU)	Select this check box to include the total number of minutes used for each number in your report.
  Completion Code	Select this check box to include a code indicating how each call in the report ended.
  TnRCnT	Select this check box to include TnR(Transfer and Release) CnT(Connect and Transfer) information in your report.
  BRNA	Select this check box to include BRNA(Busy Ring No Answer) information in your report.
  Menu	Select this check box to include menu information in your report.
