Generating a Traffic Utilization Report

Action

From the Reports menu, select Traffic Utilization.

Result:  The Traffic Utilization Report Type screen appears.

Select the appropriate radio button for the type of report you want to generate, then click .

Result:  The Traffic Utilization Report Toll-free Search screen appears.

Select the grouping of toll-free numbers from which you want to select the toll-free numbers for your report, then click .

Result:  The Traffic Utilization Report Toll-free Search Results screen appears.

Select the toll-free number(s) you want to include in the report, then click .

Result:  The Traffic Utilization Report Information screen appears.

Type the name and title you want to assign to the report in the appropriate fields.

Type any comments you want to attach to the report in the Comments field, then click .

Result:  The Traffic Utilization Report Save Report screen appears.

In the Report File Name field, type a name for the report file, then click the Save & Run button.

Result:  A confirmation screen appears, informing you of whether your report was successfully submitted.  If the system successfully submitted your report, you can go to the Report Summary Log to view your report.
