What do you see?

This screen displays all the toll-free numbers that match the criteria you selected on the Toll-free Search screen. From this screen you can select the specific Toll-free number(s) on which you want to base your report.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Status	This drop-down list allows you to select the grouping of toll-free numbers that contains those you want to include in your report. Since thousands of toll-free numbers can match your criteria, the system retrieves them in small ranges.
  Available Toll-free	This box contains a list of the toll-free numbers in the range you selected.  Highlight (click) the
  	This button moves the selected (highlighted) account(s) from the Available Toll-free box to the Selected Toll-free box.
  	This button moves the selected (highlighted) account(s) from the Selected Toll-free box to the Available Toll-free box.
  Selected Toll-free	This box displays the list of Toll-free numbers you have selected to include in the report.
  	This button allows you to move to the previous range of toll-free numbers from which you can select for your report.
  	This button allows you to move to the next range of toll-free numbers from which you can select for your report.
  History	This drop-down list allows you to select a range of toll-free numbers you have already viewed.
  	This button submits your selections and takes you to the next screen to continue  the report generation.
  	Click this button to return to the previous page in the process of generating your report.
