What do you see?

The Traffic Utilization Report screens allow you to begin the process of generating a Traffic Utilization Report(These reports allow you to track usage statistics for toll-free numbers associated with your enterprise.).  In the Report Type screen, you select the kind of Traffic Utilization Report you want to see, and the time zone for the report.  The Date Selection screen allows you to select the time period you want the report to cover, including specific dates as required.

• Fields and buttons - Report Type

  Field	Description
  Statistic Report	Select this radio button to generate a report showing traffic statistics for one or more of your toll-free numbers.
  Ring-to Report	Select this radio button to generate a report showing traffic statistics for one or more of your terminating addresses(A terminating address, also called a ring-to number, is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when a toll-free number is dialed.).
  Predefined Report	Select this radio button to generate a report using selections you have already made and saved.
  Choose Report	When you select the Predefined Report radio button, this drop-down list allows you to select the report you want to generate.
  	When you select the Predefined Report radio button and select a report from the Choose Report drop-down list, this button allows you to change the options used to generate the selected report.
  	When you select the Predefined Report radio button and select a report from the Choose Report drop-down list, this button allows you to delete the selected report.
  Detail Report	Select this radio button to generate a report containing detailed usage statistics for the toll-free number(s) you select.
  Select Time Zone	Select this radio button if you want to choose the time zone for the date/time displayed in your report.  If you select this radio button, the drop-down list allows you to select the time zone you want.
  Time Zone of Terminating Call	Select this radio button to see the dates/times in your report displayed in the time zone of the appropriate terminating address.
  	This button submits your selections and takes you to the next screen to continue  the report generation.

   

• Fields and buttons - Date Selection

  Field	Description
  Daily	Select this radio button to generate a report that covers one specific day.
  	When you select the Daily radio button, click this button to choose the day you want your report to cover.   Note:  By default, this button displays yesterday's date.
  Weekly	Select this radio button to generate a report that covers a specific seven-day period.   Note:  This report covers a seven-day period from Sunday through Saturday.
  	When you select the Weekly radio button, click this button to select the week you want the report to cover.   Note:  By default, this button displays the date of the Saturday of the most recent week for which you can generate a report.
  Monthly	Select this radio button to generate a report that covers a specific calendar month.   Note:  This option does not appear for Detail Reports.  Detail Reports can only go back up to eight days.
  	When you select the Monthly radio button, click this button to select the calendar month you want the report to cover.   Note:  This option does not appear for Detail Reports.  Detail Reports can only go back up to eight days.
  Date Range	Select this radio button to generate a report that covers a specific range of dates.
  divided by	When you select the Date Range radio button, use this drop-down list to indicate how you want the report to be organized.  You can choose to view the report data by hour, day, week, or month.
  	When you select the Date Range radio button, use this button to select the earliest date you want the report to cover.
  	When you select the Date Range radio button, use this button to select the most recent date you want the report to cover.
  	This button submits your selections and takes you to the next screen to continue  the report generation.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any actions.
