A route plan is a collection of dial plans associated with a transfer-and-release feature. When a call is made to a transfer-and-release enabled toll-free number, a dialed number will indicate the appropriate destination for the caller. The system will recognize the appropriate dial plan and use that plan's features and routing instructions to route the call appropriately.
