Series Hunting

Series Hunting channels your incoming calls using a predetermined hunting sequence to make the most out of your current telephone system.  This feature forwards calls beginning with a dialed number, testing for a busy signal on each line in the prearranged group until either an idle line is found or the end of the hunt group is reached.

SmPVC

Smart PVC - IP-enabled Frame Relay/ATM Service that is achieved by deploying advanced IP routing technology based on the Multi-Protocol Label Switching standard.  This technology integrates the capabilities of Layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching.  MPLS tags are utilized to maintain security and isolation across the IP network.  Because of this IP routing functionality, customers will receive \"direct any-to any\" network connectivity without implementing SVCs or building a fully meshed network.  The Smart PVC retains a Frame Relay/ATM user interface, enabling customers to keep their current router set-ups.

Static Routing

With static routing, you send data from your router to the router you want to reach on the end location. Unlike BGP Routing, the network cannot re-route traffic automatically.  If a fiber cut occurs or trouble on the circuit prevents you from sending data, you must manually re-route your service since static routing is strictly point to point.

subnet mask

Subnet masks interpret IP addresses on the basis of number of bits allocated to host and network location.
