Removing Accounts from an Enterprise

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to remove the association between an Enterprise and one or more of its accounts:

From the Enterprise Manager (To get to this screen, click Enterprise Management from the menu bar at the top of the screen.  For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the Enterprise ID for the Enterprise you want to edit.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify Enterprise Details screen.

From the Functions  section on the left-hand side of the screen, select Remove Accounts.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Remove Accounts screen.

Select the check box next to each account you want to remove.

Click .

 

Result:  The system attempts to remove the association between the Enterprise and the selected account(s), then takes you to the Remove Customer Accounts Confirmation screen.

Review the information to make sure the accounts were successfully removed, then click .

 

Result:  The system returns you to the Remove Accounts screen.
