What do you see?

The Multiple Circuit ID's screen allows you to begin the process of requesting additional circuits for your Internet service.  In this screen, you indicate your ISP(Internet Service Provider) status, the number of circuits you need, and the unique identifiers used for each circuit.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Are you an ISP or Non-ISP?	This drop-down list allows you to indicate whether or not you are an Internet Service Provider.
  Lines for Circuit Id's needed	This field allows you to type the total number of circuits you are requesting.
  	When you change the value in the Number of Circuit Id's needed field, click this button to refresh your browser window.  When your browser refreshes, the window will display a new Circuit ID field for each needed ID you indicated.
  Circuit ID	These fields allows you to type the unique identifier(s) for the circuit(s) you are requesting.
  	Click this button to submit your entries to the system and continue to the next stage of your circuit ID request.  When you click this button, the system saves your information and takes you to either the New IP Addressing for ISP customer or New IP Address for non-ISP customer screen, as appropriate.

Note:  Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
