Generating a DIA Trend Report

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to create a new DIA Trend report for one of your service components:

Action

From the Functions section of the IQ Trend Reports screen, click Generate Report.

 

Result:  The Generate Trend Report screen appears.

From the Access Circuit Selection section, select the check box next to each service component on which you want to report.

From the Sample Size section, select the appropriate radio button to indicate size of the data sample over which you want to see usage trends.

From the Chart Selection section, choose the appropriate radio button to indicate how you want the trend data displayed.

From the Time Zone Selection drop-down list, select your current time zone.

Indicate the time period you want your report to cover.

 

If you want the report to cover...

Then...

The current, previous, or last seven days.

Select the Today, Yesterday, or Previous 7 days radio button, as appropriate.

A seven-day period starting on a specific date.

  1. Select the 7 days ending on date radio button.

  2. In the corresponding field, type the date on which you want the report to begin.  

Note:  Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

A specific range of dates

  1. Select the Between...and radio button.

  2. In the first set of corresponding fields, type the earliest date and time you want the report to cover.

  3. In the second set of corresponding fields, type the latest date and time you want the report to cover.

Note:  For the date, use the format MM/DD/YYYY.  For the time, be sure to include AM or PM notation.

Do you want to run the report now or schedule the system to run it at a regular interval?

If you want to...

Then...

Run the report now

Click btn_newsubmit.gif.

 

Result:  The system generates the report based on the criteria you entered.

Have the system run the report at a regular interval

Click btn_newschedule.gif.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Schedule Report page.  From here you can set your criteria for the system to run the report.
