Result: The system takes you to the Add/Configure Features - Flat Rate Business Line screen.

Result: The system refreshes your browser window. When the screen reappears, the Select Individual Features... section replaces the Service Address Selection section.

From the Worksheet Items list, select check box next to the telephone number(s) to which you want to apply your feature selections.

From the Select an action... drop-down list, select Save Feature(s) configuration, then click .
Result: The system attempts to configure the selected telephone numbers with the selected features, then takes you to a confirmation screen. This screen indicates the success or failure of your reservation.
