What do you see?

The View Items on Worksheet - Flat Rate Business Line (1FB) screen gives you a listing of the items you are ordering. This screen allows you to review this information and complete any necessary configuration tasks before you take the number to check-out. This screen is divided into a number of sections.  Click below to see more information on each section.

• Fields and buttons - Worksheet Section

  The Worksheet section gives you additional options for viewing and working with your Local Service orders.

  Field	Description
  Flat Rate Business Line	This option identifies the product for which you are viewing Worksheet information.  You can expand and collapse the list of available Worksheet screens by clicking this item.
  View Items on Worksheet	This item identifies the screen you are currently viewing.
  Add New TN#s	This item allows you to begin the process of adding a new telephone number to one of your defined service locations.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add New TN#s - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Assign Billing Account	This item allows you to begin the process of associating a billing account with an item from the Worksheet.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Assign Billing Account - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Add/Configure Features	This item allows you to assign features to an item from the Worksheet, or to configure the features already associated with an item.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add/Configure Features - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Add/Configure Hunt Seq	This item allows you to create a hunt sequence(Series Hunting channels your incoming calls using a predetermined hunting sequence to make the most out of your current telephone system.  This feature forwards calls beginning with a dialed number, testing for a busy signal on each line in the prearranged group until either an idle line is found or the end of the hunt group is reached.) for a selected service address.  You can also use this item to edit or remove existing hunt sequences.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add/Configure Hunt Sequence - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Add/Configure Package	This item allows you to add a feature package to an item on the Worksheet, or to configure the package(s) already associated with an item.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add/Configure Package - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Select IntraLATA LD Carrier	This item allows you to choose the long-distance carrier for a Worksheet item's IntraLATA(IntraLATA telecommunications services originate and end in the same Local Access and Transport Area, or LATA.) calls.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Select IntraLATA LD Carrier - Flat Rate Business Line screen.
  Select InterLATA LD Carrier	This item allows you to choose the long-distance carrier for a Worksheet item's InterLATA(InterLATA telecommunications services originate in one Local Access and Transport Area, or LATA, and end in another.) calls.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Select InterLATA LD Carrier - Flat Rate Business Line screen.

   

• Fields and buttons - Filters Section

  The Filters section allows you to enter specific criteria for the items appearing in the Worksheet Items list.  Only those items matching your criteria will appear in the list.

  Field	Description
  Telephone Number	These fields allow you to type all or part of the telephone number(s) you want to see in the TN# column.
  Billing Account	These fields allow you to type all or part of the unique identifier for the billing account whose worksheet item(s) you want to see listed.
  Service Address	This field allows you to type the service address whose worksheet item(s) you want to see listed.
  Features	These radio buttons and check boxes allow you to select individual features you want listed items to include/exclude.
  	Click this button to clear all the information you typed above so that you can begin a new filter.
  	Click this button to apply your criteria to the Worksheet Items list.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window.  When the screen reappears, only those items matching your criteria should appear in the list.

   

• Fields and button - About This Worksheet Section

  The About This Worksheet section gives you general information about the order with which you are working.

  Field	Description
  Worksheet	This field identifies the kind of Worksheet you are viewing.
  Worksheet Category	This field identifies the type of product the Worksheet is setting up to order.
  Enterprise ID (OOS)	This field displays the unique identifier for the Enterprise for which the products on the Worksheet are being ordered.
  Worksheet ID (OOS)	This field displays the unique identifier for the Worksheet you are viewing.

   

• Fields and buttons - Progress Status Section

  The Progress Status section gives you an overview of the items on the Worksheet and Shopping Cart.

  Field	Description
  Worksheet	This field identifies the total number of items on the current Worksheet.
  Configured	This field displays the total number of Worksheet items that are properly configured and ready to send to the Shopping Cart.
  Not Configured	This field displays the total number of Worksheet items that are not yet ready to move to the Shopping Cart.
  Shopping Cart	This field displays the total number of items that are in currently in the Shopping Cart associated with the current Worksheet.
  Ready to Order	This field displays the number of items in the Shopping Cart that have been completed and are ready to order.

   

• Fields and buttons -Tasks & Assistance Section

  The Tasks & Assistance section helps you work through the order.

  Field	Description
  Current Task	This field briefly describes what you should be doing on the current screen.
  Next Step	This field explains what you need to do next in order to complete your order.
  Do You Need Assistance?	These radio buttons allow you to request more help with the current step in the ordering process.  When you click the Yes radio button, additional instructions appear on the screen.

   

• Fields and buttons - Worksheet Items

  Field	Description
  	These checkboxes allow you to choose the telephone numbers you want to associate with the selected location.
  TN#	This column lists all the telephone numbers available for the location you selected.
  Billing Account	This column displays the unique identifier for the billing account associated with each listed telephone number.  This value is a link.  When you click this link, the system opens a new browser window, displaying the Billing Account Details screen.
  Service Address	This column displays the full address with which each listed telephone number is associated.  This value is a link.  When you click this link, the system displays more information about the selected address.
  IntraLATA	This field identifies the long distance carrier that handles IntraLATA(IntraLATA telecommunications services originate and end in the same Local Access and Transport Area, or LATA.) traffic for the selected telephone number.
  InterLATA	This field identifies the long distance carrier that handles InterLATA(InterLATA telecommunications services originate in one Local Access and Transport Area, or LATA, and end in another.) traffic for the selected telephone number.
  Feature	These columns identify all the features associated with the selected telephone number.  You can click this value to see a definition of the selected feature.
  Status	These columns display the current status of each listed feature.
  Select what you want to do...	This drop down list allows you to choose what you want to do next.  You can move the selected items to the Shopping Cart, or remove the selected items from the current worksheet.
  	Click this button to perform the action you selected above.  If you chose to remove the selected items, the system refreshes your browser window.  When the screen reappears, the selected items should no longer appear in the list.  If you chose to move the selected items to the Shopping Cart, the system attempts to make the move, then displays a confirmation message at the top of the screen, along with a drop-down list allowing you to proceed to the Shopping Cart.
