Adding or Configuring Telephone Number Feature Packages

Action

From any Worksheet(View Items on Worksheet, Add New TN#s,  Assign Billing Account, Add/Configure Package, Select IntraLATA LD Carrier, Select InterLATA LD Carrier) screen, select Add/Configure Package.

Result:  The system takes you to the Add/Configure Package - Flat Rate Business Line screen.

From the Service Address Selection section, choose the location for which you want to configure feature packages, then click .

Result:  The system refreshes your browser window.  When the screen reappears, the Package Selection section replaces the Service Address Selection section.

From the Select Package drop-down list, choose the package you want to assign to telephone numbers at the selected service address.

From the Worksheet Items list, select check box next to the telephone number(s) to which you want to apply your feature selections.

From the Select an action...  drop-down list, select Save package assignment, then click .

Result:  The system attempts to configure the selected telephone numbers with the selected feature packages, then takes you to a confirmation screen.  This screen indicates the success or failure of your reservation.
