Configuring Call Forwarding

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to set up call forwarding for one or more selected telephone numbers at a selected service address:

Action

From any Worksheet screen, select Configure Call Forwarding.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Configure Call Forwarding Details - Flat Rate Business Line screen.

From the Configure Complex-Call Forwarding section, select the check box(es) next to the telephone numbers for which you want to configure call forwarding.

 

Note:  To select all the listed telephone numbers, select the check box in the list header.

For each selected telephone number, type the telephone numbers to which you want the network to route calls made to the selected number in the New Call Forwarding column.

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, select Save Hunt Sequence Configuration, then click btn_newgo.gif.

 

Result:  The system saves the hunt sequence you entered, then takes you to a confirmation screen.  This screen indicates the success or failure of your action.

 

Note:  If you do not want to save your new hunt sequence, select Go to previous step (Do Not Save) or Go to Worksheet View (Do Not Save) from the drop-down list.  The system will take you to the last screen you were viewing or the Worksheet screen, depending on your selection.
