From the Shopping Cart Items list on the
View Items in Shopping Cart(To get to this page, click the Shopping Carts menu under the Orders tab in the Ordering module. For more information on this page, click here.) page, select the check box next to the telephone number(s) for which you want to schedule installation.

In the Desired Due Date field, type the date by which you want the order completed.
Note: You can select the date from a pop-up menu by clicking .

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, select Check-out selected items and proceed to place Order, then click .
Result: The system takes you to the Schedule Appointment - Select Service Address screen.

From the Select Service Address drop-down list, choose the address at which you want to schedule the installation.

Do you need to have jacks installed at the selected location?

From the Install JACK? radio buttons, select Yes.
Result: The Jack Quantity fields in the Worksheet Items list become editable.

In the Jack Quantity fields, type the number of jacks you want installed at each location.

From the Install JACK? radio buttons, make sure No is selected.

From the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, select Get Available Appointments for selected Service Address, then click .
Result: The system takes you to the Schedule Appointment - Select Available Appointment screen.

From the Select available appointment drop-down list, select the date and time on which you want the selected telephone number(s) installed.
|
|
In the Comments text box, type any additional information you want to associate with the installation request.
|
|
In the On-site Contact Information fields, identify the person at the selected location responsible for the installation.
|
|
From the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen, select Schedule selected available Appointment for Service Address, then click .
Result: The system takes you to the necessary screen to continue processing your order.
