Deleting Contacts

Action

From the Remote Access Realms(To get to this screen, select Remote Access Realms from the Inventory menu under the Business Remote Access tab.  For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the name of the realm with the contact you want to delete.

Result:  The Remote Access Realm Details screen appears.

Click for the contact you want to delete.

Result:  The system takes you to the Remove Remote Access Contact screen.

Note:  You cannot undo this deletion, so be very certain you want to remove the user before you proceed!

Click .

Result:  The system deletes the contact, then returns you to the Remote Access Realm Details screen.
