From the Reports menu, select Dedicated Terminating Address.
Result: The Generate Dedicated Terminating Address Report screen appears.

From the Enterprise or Account drop-down list, select whether you want the report to include all toll-free numbers associated with your Enterprise, or just the toll-free numbers associated with a specific account.
Note: If you choose Account, another drop-down list appears. From this list, select the account on which you want to base the report.

In the Trunk Group Description field, type the description of the Trunk Group associated with the dedicated terminating address on which you want to report, if one exists.
Note: You must enter a value in at least one of the Trunk Group Description, Trunk Group, or DNIS Number fields, although you may use more than one if you like.

In the Trunk Group field, type the unique identifier assigned to the Trunk Group associated with the terminating address on which you want to report.

In the DNIS Number field, type the
DNIS number(Dialed Number Identification Service - DNIS Codes identify specific toll-free numbers that terminate on a common trunk.) associated with the terminating address on which you want to report.

From the Simple/Enhanced/Both radio buttons, select the type of call plan on which you want to base the report.

Click .
Result: A confirmation screen appears, informing you of whether your report was successfully submitted. If the system successfully submitted your report, you can go to the Report Summary Log to view your report.
