What do you see?

The Generate Dedicated Terminating Address Report screen allows you to create a Dedicated Terminating Address Report(This report contains a listing of all call plans that use a given dedicated terminating address.).  In this screen, you indicate the level of detail for the report, and identify the dedicated terminating address on which the report will be based.  You also identify the type(s) of call routing you want the call plans in the report to contain.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Enterprise or Account	This drop-down list allows you to select whether the report will be based on an Enterprise ID or a single Account. If you select Account, a second drop-down list appears. The second drop-down list allows you to choose the account from all the accounts associated with the current Enterprise.
  Trunk Group Description	This field allows you to enter the description of the trunk(A trunk is a circuit that connects two call switching systems.) group over which calls to the toll-free number are routed to the dedicated terminating address.
  Trunk Group	This field allows you to enter the unique identifier for the trunk group over which calls to the toll-free number are routed to the dedicated terminating address.
  DNIS Number	This field allows you to enter the DNIS(Dialed Number Identification Service - DNIS Codes identify specific toll-free numbers that terminate on a common trunk) code that the network uses to identify the dedicated terminating address on the trunk(a trunk is a circuit that connects two call switching systems).
  Routing Type	Call plans can use two types of routing.  These radio buttons allow you to indicate whether you want the report to contain only call plans that use one or the other of these routing types.  You can choose to see all call plans, regardless of routing type, by selecting Both.
  	This button submits your selections to the system.  When you click this button, the system attempts to generate the report, then returns you to the Report Summary Log.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any actions.
