Follow the steps below to remove a
dial plan(A collection of features and routing instructions associated with a route plan. Users select the appropriate dial plan from a given route plan by entering the appropriate digits. The system then routes the caller to the appropriate termination.) from a selected
route plan(A route plan is a collection of dial plans associated with a transfer-and-release feature. When a call is made to a transfer-and-release enabled toll-free number, a dialed number will indicate the appropriate destination for the caller. The system will recognize the appropriate dial plan and use that plan's features and routing instructions to route the call appropriately.) permanently:

From the
Route Plan List page(To get to this page, select Route Plan List from the Functions section of the Call Routing Tree for a TnR-enabled toll-free number. For more information about this page, click here.), click for the route plan from which you want to remove dial plans.
Result: The system takes you to the Dial Plan List page.
From the Functions section, click Modify Route Plan.
Result: The system refreshes your browser window. When the page reappears, it should be in Modify mode.
Note: If you want to delete a dial plan from a route plan you are in the process of creating, skip these first two steps. You're already in Modify mode.
From the last column of the Dial Plans List section, click the Delete link for the dial plan you want to remove.
Result: The system removes the dial plan from the list.
Repeat Step 3 for all the dial plans you want to remove.
