Deleting a Route Plan

From the Links section of the toll-free number's Call Routing Tree page(To get to this page, click the TnR-enabled number from the Toll-free Numbers list on the Select Toll-free Number page.  For more information on the Call Routing Tree page, click here.), click Route Plan List.

Result:  The system takes you Route Plan List page.

In the Link column, click Delete for the route plan you want to remove.

Result:  A pop-up window appears, prompting you to confirm your action.

Note:  You cannot undo this action, so be very sure you want the route plan to go away before you proceed!

In the pop-up window, click .

Result:  The system attempts to delete the route plan, then refreshes your browser window.  When the page reappears:

• If the deletion was successful, the selected route plan will no longer appear in the list.

• If the deletion was unsuccessful, a message at the top of the page will indicate the error and steps you can take to correct it.
