What do you see?

The Route Plan List page gives you a listing of the route plans(A route plan is a collection of dial plans associated with a transfer-and-release feature.  When a call is made to a toll-free number with transfer-and-release, a user selects the appropriate dial plan.  The system then routes the call appropriately based on the instructions in the selected call plan.) that have been defined for the call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate.) with which you are currently working.  This page is divided into two sections.  Click below for more information on each.

  Field	Description
  Home	This item allows you to return to the call plan you were previously viewing.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Call Routing Tree  page.
  Route Plan List	This item identifies the page you are currently viewing.

   

• Fields and buttons Route Plans Section

  Field	Description
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Route Plan ID	This column displays the unique identifier assigned to each listed route plan
  Description	This column displays a brief description assigned to each listed route plan.
  Status	This column identifies the current state of each listed route plan.  These values indicate whether each plan is currently active.
  Tools	This column displays tool icons you can use to access additional information about each listed route plan.
  Link	This column allows you to begin the process of permanently removing any listed route plan from the system.  When you click this link for a given route plan, the system prompts you to confirm the action.  If you confirm, the system removes the route plan.
  	Click this button to begin the process of creating a new route plan.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the New Route Plan page.
