Creating a Route Plan

From the Links section of the toll-free number's Call Routing Tree page(To get to this page, click the TnR-enabled number from the Toll-free Numbers list on the Select Toll-free Number page.  For more information on the Call Routing Tree page, click here.), click Route Plan List.

Result:  The system takes you Route Plan List page.

Click .

Result:  The system takes you to the New Route Plan page.

In the Description field, type a brief, descriptive identifier for the new route plan.

Click .

Result:  The system takes you to the Dial Plan List page.

In the Begin Digits field, type the first in the range of numbers the dial plan will be able to use to route calls.

In the End Digits field, type the last in the range of numbers the dial plan will be able to use to route calls.

Do you want to add more dial plans to the route plan?

Click .

Result:  The system attempts to create and save your route plan, then refreshes your browser window.  When the page reappears, the Dial Plans list will have a Tools column.
