What do you see?

In Modify mode, the Route Advance page allows you to review and make changes to the configuration of a toll-free number's BRNA(Busy/Ring No Answer) feature.  From this page, you can see the progression of terminating addresses the system will cycle through in the event a given terminating address is busy or receives no answer.  You can also work with other aspects of the selected toll-free number using the Links and Functions.  For more information on these, see Links and Functions.

  Toll-free number Section
  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Terminating Routes
  Field	Description
  Primary Trunk	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to choose the dedicated terminating address trunk to which the network can attempt to route BRNA(Busy/Ring No Answer) calls.
  1st DTO Trunk	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to choose the dedicated terminating address trunk the system will use for calls overflowing the Primary Trunk.   Note:  This drop-down list only appears when Dedicated Trunk Overflow is used.
  2nd DTO Trunk	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to choose the dedicated terminating address trunk the system will use for calls overflowing the Primary Trunk and the 1st DTO Trunk.   Note:  This drop-down list only appears when Dedicated Trunk Overflow is used.
  ANI	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to select the telephone number(or Switched Terminating Address) to which the network can attempt to route BRNA(Busy/Ring No Answer) calls.
  Timer	For each defined Terminating Route, this field allows you to type the amount of time, in seconds, the system will allow a terminating address to ring before transferring to the next defined Terminating Route.  The default value in this field is 15.
  RNA Prompt	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to select the message the system will play when a terminating address is not answered within the amount of time specified in the Timer field.  After playing the selected message, the system will transfer the caller to the next defined Terminating Route.
  Busy Prompt	For each defined Terminating Route, this drop-down list allows you to select the message the system will play when a terminating address is busy.  After playing the selected message, the system will transfer callers to the next defined Terminating Route.
  Route Advance	For each defined Terminating Route, this checkbox allows you to add or remove subsequent Terminating Routes.  When you select this check box, a new Terminating Route section appears.   Notes:   If you clear this check box, all subsequent Terminating Routes will disappear. You can define a maximum of four Terminating Routes.
  	Click this button to save any information you entered.  When you click this button, the system saves your changes, then refreshes your browser window.   Note:  Just clicking this button will not update the toll-free number on the network.  You must send your updates to the network by clicking the Save Changes option from the Functions section and scheduling network propagation.
  	Click this button to return to the last page you were viewing without taking any actions.   Note:  When you click this button, any changes you made will be lost.
