Links and Functions Overview

Certain items appear on every screen in the View-Modify Call Plans tab once you have chosen the toll-free number with which you want to work.  The Links section allows you to access additional information associated with the selected call plan.  The Functions section allows you to switch from view only to modify mode, to add the toll-free number to a Superroute(Superroutes allow you to create one call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.) or Superroute Group(Superroute Groups, also called Toll-free Groups, expand on traditional Superroutes by allowing you to include multiple alternate call plans.), or to create a new alternate call plan.

• Fields and buttons - Links section

  Field	Description
  Call Routing Tree	This item allows you to view additional information on any call plan associated with the selected toll-free number.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Call Routing Tree screen.
  Terminating Addresses	This item allows you to view the terminating address(es)(A Terminating Address is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when the toll-free number is dialed.) associated with the selected call plan.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Terminating Addresses screen.
  New Terminating Address	This item allows you to add new Switched Terminating Addresses to the selected call plan.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the New Terminating Address screen.   Note:  This option only appears when you are in Modify mode.
  Toll-free Details	This item allows you to view detailed information about the selected toll-free number and current call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate. Every toll-free number can have multiple call plans associated with it.).  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Toll-free Details screen.
  Holidays	This item allows you to review all the holidays associated with the call plan currently selected for the toll-free number.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Holidays screen.
  Jobs List	This item allows you to see any changes to the selected toll-free number that are scheduled to occur on a future date, or that your provider has not finished processing.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Jobs List screen.
  Order Status	This item allows you to see the current status of an order you have placed through Qwest ControlBusiness Class Online.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Order Status screen.
  Route Plan List	This item allows you to view and work with any route plans associated with the call plan currently selected for the toll-free number.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Route Plan List screen.   Notes:   This item only appears for toll-free numbers that have the TnR(Transfer and Release) feature. This item only appears when you are in View Only mode.

• Fields and buttons - Functions section

  Field	Description
  Modify Call Plan	This item only appears when you are currently in View Only mode.  Click this item to enter Modify mode for the selected call plan.  While in Modify mode, the system allows you to make changes to the features and terminating addresses associated with the call plan.   Note:  Modify mode provides direct access to your provider's network.  Changes made to call plans may have dramatic impact on the ability of your call plan to function properly!   Note:  You cannot use your browser buttons to navigate the system.  When you click your browser's Back button, the system displays a message asking you not to do that, and takes no further action.  You must return to View Only mode by clicking either the Save Changes or Cancel Changes links on the left-hand side of the screen.
  Save Changes	This item commits any changes you have made to the system.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Schedule Propagation screen.   Note:  This item only appears when you are in Modify mode.
  Cancel Changes	This item returns you to View Only mode without making any changes to the toll-free number.  When you click this item, the system refreshes your browser window.  When the window refreshes, the Call Routing Tree screen is displayed in View Only mode.   Note:  This item only appears when you are in Modify mode.
  Add to Superroute	This item allows you add the toll-free number to, or remove it from, a Superrouted(Superroutes allow you to create one call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.) or Toll-free Grouped(Superroute Groups, also called Toll-free Groups, expand on traditional Superroutes by allowing you to include multiple alternate call plans.) call plan.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Add to Superroute screen.
  Copy from 8XX	This item allows you to create a call plan for the selected toll-free number by copying the call plan of another toll-free number.  When you click this option, the system takes you to the Please Choose the Plan to Copy From screen.   Note:  This option is not available when the toll-free number you are viewing is part of a Superroute(Superroutes allow you to create a single, primary call plan for many toll-free numbers, thus eliminating the need to maintain many identical call plans.).
  Create New Alternate	This item allows you to create a new alternate call plan for the toll-free number.  When you click this item, the system refreshes your browser window.  When the window refreshes, the Call Routing Tree screen appears in Modify mode, with a new entry in the Select other Call Plan  field.
