What do you see?

The Scheduled Reports screen gives you a listing of all your reports that are scheduled to run at regular intervals.  This list identifies each report's type, when it was first run, its recurrence, and the next time and date on which it will be run.  You can also choose to deactivate any report's schedule, or even to delete it altogether.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Delete Schedule	These check boxes allow you to select the scheduled report(s) you want to eliminate altogether.   Note:  See Deleting a Scheduled Report for step-by-step instructions on deleting a report from this list.
  Active Schedules	These check boxes allow you to deactivate selected reports without deleting them.  When you deselect these check boxes, the reports will remain in the list, but will no longer run at the scheduled times.   Note:  See Deactivating a Report Schedule for step-by-step instructions on deactivating a report.
  Report Title	This column displays the title of each report in the list, as assigned when the report was generated.  The value in this field is a link.  You can click any report's title to open that report.
  Start Date	This column displays the date and time on which each listed report was first run.
  Frequency	This column displays the schedule on which each listed report is automatically run.  For any listed report, you can click this value to make changes to that schedule.
  Next Scheduled Date	This column displays the date and time on which each listed report was last run.
  	Click this button to delete or deactivate any selected reports.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window.  When the window refreshes, your changes should now be reflected in the reports list.
