Deleting a Scheduled Report

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to delete permanently a report that is set to run automatically at specific intervals.

 

Note:  This procedure will delete the report itself.  To delete a report's recurrence without eliminating the report, see Deactivating a Report Schedule.

 

Step

Action

From the Reports menu, select Scheduled Reports.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Scheduled Reports screen.

 

Note:  You can also get to this screen by clicking the Scheduled link in the Status column of the Report Summary Log for a scheduled report.

From the Delete Schedules column, select the check box beside each report you want to remove.

Click btn_newdeleteupdate.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to deactivate the selected schedule(s), then refreshes your browser window.  When the Scheduled Reports screen reappears, the selected reports should no longer appear in the reports list.
