Deactivating a Report Schedule

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to stop a report from being automatically generated on a schedule without deleting the report itself:

 

Note:  To permanently delete the entire report, see Deleting a Report Schedule.

Action

From the Reports menu, select Scheduled Reports.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Scheduled Reports screen.

 

Note:  You can also get to this screen by clicking the Scheduled link in the Status column of the Report Summary Log for a scheduled report.

From the Active Schedules column, select the check box beside each report you no longer wish to run on a schedule.

Click btn_newdeleteupdate.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to deactivate the selected schedule(s), then refreshes your browser window.  When the Scheduled Reports screen reappears, your changes should now be reflected in the reports list.
