What do you see?

The Select Toll-free Number screen allows you to select the toll-free number for which you want to see the associated call plan.  This screen is divided into two sections.  The Filters section allows you to enter specific criteria for the toll-free number(s) you want to see listed.  This section can help you find a specific number or range of numbers quickly.  The Toll-free Numbers section displays a listing of all the numbers for which you can see associated call plans.  If you applied a filter, this section displays all the numbers that match your criteria.

  Field	Description
  From	If you want to find a range of toll-free numbers, this field allows you to type the first number in the range.
  To	If you want to find a range of toll-free numbers, this field allows you to type the last number in the range.
  Toll-free Number	This field allows you to type a specific toll-free number you want to see.
  Description	This field allows you to type the value in the Description field for the toll-free number(s) you want to see listed.
  Call Plan	This field allows you to type the value in the Call Plan field for the toll-free number(s) you want to see listed.
  	Click this button to apply the criteria you entered.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window, displaying only those toll-free numbers that match your criteria.
  Toll-free Numbers Section
  Field	Description
  Toll-free Number	This column lists all of the toll-free numbers for which you can see call plans.  To access a number's call plan, simply click the number whose call plan you want to see.  The system will take you to the Call Routing Tree for the selected number.
  Description	This column displays a brief description for each listed toll-free number.
  Call Plan	This column identifies the call plan currently in use for each listed toll-free number.

Note:  Some Enterprises use Account Level Access to limit the toll-free numbers users can see.  If Account Level Access is in use by your organization, you will only see toll-free numbers associated with those accounts to which you have been assigned.  Organizations must request Account Level Access, it is not automatically assigned.  If you are interested in this feature, contact the Help Desk.  Current Help Desk contact information is available below.
