What do you see?

The Prompts page gives you detailed information about the sound prompts the system can play for callers before transferring them to their final termination.  This page is divided into two sections.  Click below for more information on each.

• Fields and buttons - Links Section

  Field	Description
  Home	This item allows you to return to the call plan you were previously viewing.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Call Routing Tree  page.
  Terminating Addresses	This item allows you to view the terminating address(es)(A Terminating Address is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when the toll-free number is dialed.) assigned to the dial plan(A collection of features and routing instructions associated with a route plan.  Users select the appropriate dial plan from a given route plan by entering the appropriate digits.  The system then routes the caller to the appropriate termination.) you are currently viewing.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the TnR Terminating Addresses screen.
  Job List	This item allows you to see any changes to the selected toll-free number that are scheduled to occur on a future date, or that your provider has not finished processing.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Jobs List screen.
  Order Status	This item allows you to see the current status of an order you have placed through Qwest ControlBusiness Class Online.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Order Status screen.
  Route Plan List	This item allows you to view and work with any route plans associated with the call plan currently selected for the toll-free number.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Route Plan List screen.
  Prompt	This item identifies the page you are currently viewing.

   

• Fields and buttons - Toll-free Number Section

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select Other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Prompts	This drop-down list allows you to select the prompt for which you want to see more information.
  Prompt	This field displays the unique identifier for the prompt you are reviewing.
  Customer Account ID	This field displays the unique identifier for the QwestBell South account with which the selected prompt is associated.
  Feature	This field identifies the toll-free feature with which the prompts is associated.
  Description	This field displays the brief, descriptive information associated with the prompt.  This information is entered when the prompt is created in the system.
  Message Text	If the prompt contains any words(for example "please hold while we transfer your call", as opposed to a series of beeps or a tone), this field will display a transcript of the message.
  	Click this button to return to the last page you were viewing without taking any action.
