What do you see?

The Update Contact page allows you to make changes to the information associated with a selected contact.

  Field	Description
  Contact Detail	This link takes you to the Contact Details screen for the contact displayed.
  Functions  Section
  Fields	Description
  Update Contact	This function takes you to the Update Contact screen to change the existing information for the contact.
  Add Contact Type	This function takes you to the Add Contact Type screen to add additional role detail for the contact.
  Add Contact Phone	This function takes you to the Add Contact Phone screen to add additional phone detail for the contact.
  Update Contact Section
  Field	Description
  Contact Name	This required field allows you to type the changes for the contact's name.
  Category	Select the category from the drop-down list to describe the contact. The values you will see include: Help Desk Network Management Services Operation Center Specific Person
  Email	This required field allows you to type the email address changes for the contact.
  Time Zone	This required field allows you to select the time zone in which the contact resides.
  Status	This field displays the current status of the contact as Active or Inactive.
  	Click this button to save the new information and returned to the Contact Details screen.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any action.
