Deleting Users

 


Procedure

Follow the steps below to delete one or more selected users from the system, permanently:

From the Enterprise Manager (To get to this screen, click Enterprise Management from the menu bar at the top of the screen.  For more information about this screen, click here.) screen, click the Enterprise ID for the Enterprise you want to edit.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify Enterprise Details screen.

From the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click Manage Users.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Manage Users screen.

Select the check box next to the user(s) you want to delete.

Click .

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Delete User Confirmation screen.

Select the check box next to the user(s) you want to delete.

Click .

 

Result:  The system attempts to delete the user, then returns you to the Manage Users screen.  A message appears at the top of the screen, informing you of the success or failure of your deletion.
