The VC SLA Summary screen offers VC SLA data in a summary display for all your VCs. This data covers the time period you specified on the Report Selection screen. Current configuration information for your Ports is updated nightly. New services will appear in the list on the day after they are added.
Note: SLA guarantees are based on complete calendar month periods. SLA data shown for shorter periods of time is provided to help isolate whether an SLA issue is chronic or an isolated occurrence. This data does not imply that SLA guarantees are provided on other than a calendar month basis. |
