What do you see?

The Credit Card Information screen allows you to provide the information we need in order to debit your payment to your credit card.

Note:  Your provider accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  For QLD(Qwest Long Distance) accounts, your provider also accepts Diner's Club and JCB.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Credit Card #	This field allows you to type the unique identifying number for the credit card you are using to pay.
  Expiration Date	These drop-down lists allow you to select the month and year, respectively, on which the credit card expires.
  Name on Card	This field allows you to type the name appearing on the card you are using to pay.   Note:  Be careful to type the name exactly as it appears on the card.
  Total Charges	This field displays the total dollar amount you have chosen to pay.   Note:  If this amount is incorrect, click to return to the Pay Bill by Credit Card screen.  Use that screen to edit the amount you want to pay as necessary.
  Street/Apt	This field allows you to type the street address of the location to which your credit card bills are sent.
  City	This field allows you to type the name of the city in which your credit card billing location resides.
  State	This field allows you to type the state in which your credit card billing location resides.
  Zip	This field allows you to type the ZIP code or postal code in which your credit card billing location resides.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without making any changes.
  	Click this button to proceed to the next stage of the credit card payment process.
  	Click this button to end the credit card payment process.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Pay Bills screen.
