What do you see?
The Pay Bill by Credit Card screen allows you to pay account balances using a credit card. This screen is divided into three sections. The Functions section of the screen gives you options for working with your accounts. You can use these options to view account information, pay balances, or change automatic payment status for your accounts. The Filters section allows you to narrow the accounts list to make it easier to find the specific account(s) you want to see. Finally, the Pay Bill by Credit Card list displays a listing of all the accounts eligible for credit card payment, along with invoice and balance information.

Pay Bills Summary
This link allows you to see a listing of all your accounts that are eligible for eBilling. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Pay Bills screen.
Payment History
This link allows you to see information on payments your provider has received for your accounts. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Payment History screen.
Pay - Credit Card
This item indicates the page you are currently viewing. When you click this item, the system refreshes your browser window.
Pay - Bank Account
This link allows you to pay an account balance by transferring funds directly from your bank. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Pay eBills Using a Bank Account screen.
Auto Pay
When you click this link, a menu appears, displaying your Auto Pay options.
Auto Pay > Set Up
This link allows you to designate accounts for automatic debit payments. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Enroll in Automatic Payment screen.
Auto Pay > Modify
This link allows you to make changes to your automatic payment arrangements. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Modify Bank Account Info screen.
Auto Pay > Remove
This link allows you to remove automatic debit payment from accounts. When you click this link, the system takes you to the Unenroll from Automatic Payment screen.
Application Refresh
This link refreshes your browser window. When you click this link, the systems retrieves the latest data from its database.
Filters Section
Field
Definition
Account Number
This field allows you to type the unique, provider-maintained identifier for the account(s) you want to see listed. The system automatically applies a wildcard character to the value type, so you can type a partial value(for example, typing 3032 will return account numbers 30321, 30322, 30323, etc.).
Name
This field allows you to type the customer-maintained name associated with the account(s) you want to see. As above, the system uses automatic wildcards to return all accounts that contain the value you type(for example, typing "san" would return "Santa Claus", "sanitation engineer", "Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane", etc.).
Type
This drop-down list allows you to select the kind of account you want to see listed. Your options are:
Last Invoice
The drop-down list allows you to provide an operator(greater than [>], less than [<], or equal to [=]) for the value you enter. The field allows you to type the dollar amount of the last invoice for the accounts you want to see listed. The drop-down list and field work together to create the value on which the filter will be based.
Example: Selecting "=" from the drop-down list and typing "2500" in the field would return all accounts that have an outstanding balance equal to exactly $2500.
Balance
The drop-down list allows you to provide an operator(greater than [>], less than [<], or equal to [=]) for the value you enter. The field allows you to type the dollar amount of the balance on the accounts you want to see listed. The drop-down list and field work together to create the value on which the filter will be based.
Example: Selecting ">" from the drop-down list and typing "300" in the field would return all accounts that have an outstanding balance greater than $300.
Click this button to apply the filter(s) you entered to the account list. When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window, displaying only those accounts matching the criteria you entered.
Click this button to remove all the criteria you supplied and start a fresh filter.
Accounts List Section

Definition
This check box appears next to any account available for credit card payment. Select this box to make a payment for the selected account.
Account #
This column displays the unique, provider-maintained identifier for each account in the list.
Account Name
This column displays the customer-maintained identifier for each account in the list.
Type
This column contains the kind of account each listed account is. Values you will see include:
Last Invoice
This column displays the dollar amount of the most recent payment received for the account.
Balance
This column displays the total outstanding amount owed for each listed account.
Amount to Pay
This field appears for any account available for credit card payment. This field allows you to type the total dollar amount you want to pay for the selected account.
Click this button to begin the process of submitting your payment. When you click this button, the Credit Card Information screen appears.
Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any action.

Note: Credit card payments are one-time transactions and will not recur automatically. You will continue to receive a paper bill in addition to being able to view your bill online. We currently do not charge for this method of payment; however, your banking institution may charge you a fee.
