What do you see?

The Billing Accounts (BTN) screen gives you a listing of all the billing accounts associated with your Enterprise that receive 1FB services.  This screen is divided into two sections.  The Filters section allows you to set specific criteria for the information displayed in the Billing Account Numbers list.  The Billing Account Numbers section displays the accounts matching your selections, and allows you to take action on the accounts listed.

  Filters Section
  Field	Description
  Billing Account	These fields allow you to type the unique, QwestBell South-maintained identifier for the Billing Account(s) you want to see listed.
  Billing Name	This field allows you to type the customer-maintained identifier for the account(s) you want to see listed.
  Billing Address	This field allows you to type the address associated with the account(s) you want to see listed.
  	Click this button to clear all the fields in the Filters section so that you can enter new criteria for the account(s) you want to see listed.
  	Click this button to apply your filter to the Billing Account Numbers list.  When you click this button, your browser window refreshes.  When the page loads, the list should contain only those accounts that match your criteria.
  Billing Account Numbers Section
  Field	Description
  	These check boxes allow you to select the accounts with which you want to work.  When you select an action and click , the system will take you to the appropriate screen for working with the selected account(s).
  Billing Account	This column displays the unique, QwestBell South-maintained identifier for each listed account.  The values in this column are hyperlinks.  When you click an account number, the system takes you to a screen that displays detailed information about the account.
  Billing Name	This column displays the customer-maintained identifier associated with each billing account.
  Billing Address	This column displays the address to which bills are sent for each listed account.
  Select Action...	This drop-down list allows you to choose what you want to do with the selected account(s).  You can change choose to take the following actions with the selected accounts: Change the billing address Add new telephone numbers Display a listing of current telephone numbers Add or configure hunt sequences
  	Click this button to begin the process of working with the selected telephone number(s).  When you click this button, the system will take you to a worksheet containing the telephone number(s) you selected.
