From the
Managed Firewall VPN screen(To get to this screen, select Inventory under the MFW tab in the Products module. For more information about this screen, click here.), click the name of the MFW service component to which you want to add a contact.
Result: The system takes you to the Modify Managed Firewall Details screen.

From the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen, click New Contact.
Result: The system takes you to the Add Contact screen.
|
|
From the Role drop-down list, select this kind of contact you want to create.
|
|
In the First Name and Last Name fields, type the contact's name.
|
|
In the Street field, type the full street address of the location where the contact works.
|
|
In the City field, type the name of the city in which the contact's street address is located.
|
|
From the Country drop-down list, select the country in which the contact's street address is located.
|
|
From the State/Province drop-down list, select the state in which the contact's street address is located. If the appropriate value does not appear in the drop-down list, type it in the field.

|
In the Zip field, type the ZIP code or postal code appropriate for the contact's street address.
|
|
In the Work Phone field, type the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during business hours.
|
|
In the Home Phone, Fax, Pager, and Cellular fields, type any other telephone numbers at which the contact can be reached, if available.
|

In the Email field, type the e-mail address at which the contact can be reached.
|
|
In the Instant Messenger ID and Instant Messenger service, type the appropriate values, if available.
|
|
In the On Call Day/Time box, type the dates and times at which the contact can be reached, if appropriate.
|
|
In the Comments field, type any additional information you want to include with this contact.
|

Click .
Result: The system attempts to save your new contact and returns you to the Modify Managed Firewall Details screen.
