Modifying a PRN or MFW Contact

 

Procedure

Follow the steps below to make changes to a contact:

Action

What kind of contact are you modifying?

If you are modifying a contact for...

Then...

a PRN location

From the Manage Network PRNs screen, click for the PRN whose contact you want to change, then click the name of the location whose contact you want to change.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify PRN Location screen for the location you selected.

an MFW

From the Managed Firewall PRN screen, click the name of the firewall whose contact you want to change.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify Managed Firewall Details screen for the selected firewall.

From the Contacts section at the bottom of the screen, click the name of the contact you want to modify.

 

Result:  The system takes you to the Modify Contact screen.

Make any necessary changes to the contact information.

Click btn_newsubmit.gif.

 

Result:  The system attempts to save your changes, then returns you to the Modify PRN Location screen.
