What do you see?

The Modify Contact screen allows you to make changes to a selected contact for one of your PRN(Private Routed Network) or MFW(Managed FireWall) components.  This screen is divided into two sections.  The Functions section gives you more options for working with the selected contact.  The Contact Information section allows you to edit any of the information associated with the contact.

  Field	Description
  Remove Contact	This link allows you to delete the selected contact from the system.  When you click this link, the system takes you to the Remove Contact screen, where you can confirm or cancel the deletion.
  Contact Information Section
  Field	Description
  Role	This field displays the type of contact you are modifying.  Values you may see are: Additional Contact Shipping Primary Maintenance
  First Name	This field allows you to change the value entered as the contact's given name.
  Last Name	This field requires you to allows you to change the value entered as the contact's surname.
  Street	This field allows you to change the value entered as the full street address at which the contact works.
  City	This field allows you to change the value entered as the name of the city in which the street address is located.
  Country	This drop-down list allows you to select the country in which the street address is located.
  State/Province	The drop-down list allows you to select the state in which the street address is located.  The field allows you to change the value entered as this value if it does not appear in the drop-down list.
  Zip	This field allows you to change the value entered as the ZIP or postal code appropriate for the contact's address.
  Work Phone	This field allows you to change the value entered as the telephone number at which the contact can be reached during work hours.
  Home Phone	This field allows you to change the value entered as the telephone number at which the contact can be reached at home.
  Fax	This field allows you to change the value entered as the telephone number at which the contact can receive FAX transmissions.
  Pager	This field allows you to change the value entered as the telephone number at which the contact can be paged.
  Cellular	This field allows you to change the value entered as the telephone number for the contact's cell phone.
  Email	This field allows you to change the value entered as the email address at which the contact can be reached.
  Instant Messenger ID	This field allows you to change the value entered as the contact's unique identifier on his/her Instant Messenger service, if applicable.
  Instant Messenger Service	This field allows you to change the value entered as the name of the Instant Messenger service the contact uses, if applicable.
  On Call Day/Time	This box allows you to type the days of the week and/or times of day at which the contact can be reached.
  Comments	This box allows you to type any additional information you want to include with the contact.
  	Click this button to save the updates you made to the contact.  When you click this button, the system attempts to save the information, then returns you to the Modify PRN Location Details screen or the Modify Managed Firewall Details screen, depending on where you came from.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any action.

Note:  Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
