On
any page(Call Routing Tree, Terminating Addresses, Toll-free Details, Superroutes, Holidays, or Jobs List) under the View-Modify Call Plans tab, click Modify Call Plan from the Functions section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Result: The system enters Modify mode, and the New Terminating Address link appears in the Links section of the left-hand navigation bar.
Note: You cannot use your browser buttons to navigate the system. When you click your browser's Back button, the system displays a message asking you not to do that, and takes no further action. You must return to View Only mode by clicking either the Save Changes or Cancel Changes links on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click Toll-free Details from the Links section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Result: The Toll-free Details page appears.

blind routing(With blind transfer, the system routes the caller to a user-designated termination, then immediately disconnects from the original operator.) or

For example - If users are accustomed to dialing a prefix, such as *8, you can set this value to two. In such a case, if the user enters *81234, the system will use only the 1234 to route the call.

message(for example, "please hold while we transfer your call") you want the system to play before transferring the caller.

From the Route Plan drop-down list, select the
route plan(A route plan is a collection of dial plans associated with a transfer-and-release feature. When a call is made to a transfer-and-release enabled toll-free number, a dialed number will indicate the appropriate destination for the caller. The system will recognize the appropriate dial plan and use that plan's features and routing instructions to route the call appropriately.) you want the TnR service to use when routing calls.

Result: The system validates your changes and attempts to save them. If successful, the system takes you to the Toll-free Details (Modify Mode) page.
Note: If there are any problems, the system will return you to the Call Routing Tree page, displaying an error message at the top identifying the problem so you can correct it and try again.
