What do you see?

In Modify mode, the Toll-free Details screen allows you to make changes to the selected toll-free number.  You can assign new default terminating addresses, work with the features associated with the number, edit the descriptions associated with the number and its primary call plan, and/or change the number's pay phone blocking status.  You can also work with other aspects of the selected toll-free number using the Links and Functions.  For more information on these, see Links and Functions.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Status	This field displays the current status of the toll-free number on the network. A toll-free number can be either Enabled(service live or turned up) or Disabled(service disconnected). The default is Enabled.   Note:  Callers dialing a Disabled number will get a busy signal.
  Routing Type	This field indicates the type of service provided. This field automatically reflects the current call plan state. The two routing types are: Simple - A simple call plan consists of one toll-free number and at least one terminating address(A Terminating Address is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when the toll-free number is dialed). Enhanced - An enhanced call plan includes options such as multiple terminating addresses, features and alternate call plan instructions.
  Last Modified Date	This field displays the date and time on which the call plan was last modified.
  Last Modified By	This field displays the User ID of the last person to modify the call plan.
  Provisioning Status	This field indicates the current stage of completion for updating the network with the latest call plan changes. When a call plan is saved, changes are sent to the network in order to take effect. The time it takes for completion will depend on several factors, but should average approximately 15 minutes. Valid status types are: Complete In Progress Error Scheduled Note:  If the status is Scheduled, you can click this field to open the Jobs Scheduling page. This page allows you to reschedule the provisioning for a different date and/or time.
  Route	This column indicates the type of route identified by each listed item.  The values you will see are: Primary Trunk - The unique identifier for the trunk to which the network routes calls made to a dedicated terminating address. 1st DTO Trunk - If the dedicated terminating address uses overflow routing, this field identifies the first trunk to which overflow calls will be routed. 2nd DTO Trunk - If the dedicated terminating address uses overflow routing, this field identifies the second trunk to which overflow calls will be routed. ANI - This field displays the telephone number to which the network routes calls made to a switched toll-free number. Note:  The 1st DTO Trunk and 2nd DTO Trunk options appear only when the Overflow  check box is selected.
  Type/Value	The drop-down lists in this column allow you to assign specific values to the listed terminating routes.
  Busy Ring No Answer	This checkbox allows you to add or delete the BRNA(Busy/Ring No Answer) feature for the terminating addresses identified in the Type and Value columns above.  When you select this check box, the Timer field appears, along with the RNA Prompt and Busy Prompt check boxes.   Note:  If you clear this check box, you can add terminating addresses without Overflow routing.  If the Overflow check box appears, you can also add Overflow routing by selecting it.
  Overflow	This checkbox allows you to add Overflow routing to the toll-free number.  When you select this checkbox, the 1st DTO Trunk and 2nd DTO Trunk drop-down lists appear.
  Timer	This field allows you to type the amount of time, in seconds, the system will allow a terminating address to ring before transferring to another.  The default value in this field is 15.   Note:  This field only appears when the Busy Ring No Answer check box is selected.
  RNA Prompt	This drop-down list allows you to select the message the system will play when a terminating address is not answered within the amount of time specified in the Timer field.   Note:  This field only appears when the Busy Ring No Answer check box is selected.
  Busy Prompt	This drop-down list allows you to select the message the system will play when a terminating address is busy.   Note:  This field only appears when the Busy Ring No Answer check box is selected.
  	Click this button to begin the process of establishing the BRNA(Busy/Ring No Answer) routines for your terminating routes.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Route Advance (Modify) page.
  	Click this button to make changes to the toll-free number's TnR(Transfer and Release) feature.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Transfer and Release Details (Modify Mode) page.   Note:  This button only appears for toll-free numbers with the the TnR(Transfer and Release) feature.
  	Click this button to add the TnR feature to the toll-free number.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Toll-free Details (Modify Mode) page.   Note:  This button only appears for toll-free numbers that do NOT have the TnR feature.
  Feature Type	This drop-down list allows you to select the first feature(Day of Year, Day of Week, Time of Day, Geographic, or Percentage Allocation) that will apply to the toll-free number's calls.
  Toll-free Number Description	This field allows you to type a brief description to be associated with the toll-free number.  If a description already exists, you can edit it in this field.
  Call Plan Description	This field displays a brief description of the currently selected call plan, if one exists.
  Enabled/ Disabled	This field indicates whether DNIS(Dialed Number Identification Service) is used for the toll-free number. DNIS Codes are used to identify specific toll-free numbers that terminate on a common trunk.   Note:  DNIS codes are only available on toll-free numbers with Dedicated terminating addresses.  For more information on DNIS codes, click here.
  DNIS Value	If DNIS is enabled, this field displays the value used to identify the toll-free number on the common trunk where it terminates.
  PAC Type	If PAC(Personal Access Code - When PAC is enabled for a toll-free number, callers must enter a valid code in order to use the number.)s are enabled for the selected toll-free number, this field displays the valid codes associated with the toll-free number.
  Blocked/ Unblocked	These radio buttons allow you to choose whether or not the network will allow calls from pay telephones to the selected toll-free number.
  	Click this button to apply your changes to the selected toll-free number.
  	If you make any mistakes, you can click this button to return the fields on this screen to their initial state.  This eliminates any changes you made without saving, allowing you to start over.

Notes:  You cannot use your browser buttons to navigate the system.  When you click your browser's Back button, the system displays a message asking you not to do that, and takes no further action.  You must return to View Only mode by clicking either the Save Changes or Cancel Changes links on the left-hand side of the screen.
