What do you see?

The Choose Bill Reports screen allows you to select an account for which you will choose the reports to be included with the monthly bill.  This screen is divided into three sections.  The Functions section allows you to select the manner in which you want bills for your accounts to be delivered.  The Filters section allows you to narrow the list of accounts so that you can more easily find the account(s) you want to see.  The Choose Bill Reports list displays a list of accounts for which you can select report(s).

  Field	Description
  Delivery Options	This option allows you to see a listing of the accounts associated with your Enterprise.  When you click this option, the system takes you to the Delivery Options screen.
  Paperless Billing	This option allows you to sign accounts up for paperless billing.
  Paperless Billing > Add Payment Accounts	This option allows you to begin the process of setting up paperless billing.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Add Payment Accounts page.
  Paperless Billing > Remove	This option allows you to cancel paperless billing for one or more of your accounts.  When you click this item, the system takes you to the Unenroll from Paperless Billing page.
  Paper Billing	This option allows you to remove accounts from paperless billing or one-page direct so that you will only receive a full paper bill.  When you click this option, the system takes you to the Enroll Full Paper screen.
  One Page Direct	This option allows you to reduce the size of your paper invoice by receiving a one-page bill summary and remittance slip in the mail, while still receiving your eBill online.  When you click this option, the system takes you to the Enroll in One-Page Direct screen.
  Request Paper Bill	This option allows you to request a paper reprint of your most recent bill.  When you click this option, the system takes you to the Request Paper Bill screen.
  Bill Reports	This option identifies the page you are currently viewing.  When you click this option, the system refreshes your browser window.
  Application Refresh	This options refreshes your browser window.  When you click this option, the system retrieves the latest information available from its database and displays it.
  Filters Section
  Field	Description
  Account Number	This field allows you to type the unique, provider-maintained identifier for the account(s) you want to see listed.  The system automatically applies a wildcard character to the value type, so you can type a partial value(for example, typing 3032 will return account numbers 30321, 30322, 30323, etc.).
  Name	This field allows you to type the customer-maintained name associated with the account(s) you want to see.  As above, the system uses automatic wildcards to return all accounts that contain the value you type(for example, typing "san" would return "Santa Claus", "sanitation engineer", "Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane", etc.).
  Type	This drop-down list allows you to select the kind of account you want to see listed.  Your options are: QLD(Qwest Long Distance) QLS(Qwest Local Service)
  Balance	The drop-down list allows you to provide an operator(greater than [>], less than [<], or equal to [=]) for the value you enter.  The field allows you to type the dollar amount of the balance on the accounts you want to see listed.  The drop-down list and field work together to create the value on which the filter will be based. Example:  Selecting ">" from the drop-down list and typing "300" in the field would return all accounts that have an outstanding balance greater than $300.
  	Click this button to apply the filter(s) you entered to the account list.  When you click this button, the system refreshes your browser window, displaying only those accounts matching the criteria you entered.
  	Click this button to clear all the Filters fields and start over.
  Choose Options Section
  Field	Description
  	This column contains a radio button for each listed account.  This radio button allows you to choose the account for which you want to select reports.
  Account #	This column displays the unique, provider-maintained identifier for each account in the list.
  Account Name	This column displays the customer-maintained identifier for each listed account.
  Type	This column identifies the kind of account each listed account is.  Values you will see include: QLD(Qwest Long Distance) QLS(Qwest Local Service)
  Balance	This column displays the current outstanding balance on each listed account.
  	Click this button to save your selection and move on the next stage in selecting the reports included with your bill.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Select the path to take screen.
  	Click this button to stop the bill report selection process.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Choose Options screen.
