The Request Paper Bill screen allows you to ask your provider to send you a paper copy of your most recent bill. This screen is divided into three sections. The Functions section allows you to select the manner in which you want bills for your accounts to be delivered. The Filters section allows you to narrow the list of accounts so that you can more easily find the account(s) you want to see. The Request Paper Bill list displays a list of accounts for which you can request a paper bill. Note: This option is only available for Qwest Local Service. To request a reprint of bills for Qwest Long Distance accounts, contact us using the customer service number displayed on your eBill. |
