What do you see?

The Trunk Group Statistics Report Criteria screen allows you to complete the process of generating a Trunk Group Statistic Report.  In this screen, you name the report, add comments, and select the specific information you want the report to cover.

• Fields and buttons - Busy Hour and Monthly Statistics

  Field	Description
  Report File Name	This field allows you to type the name under which the report will be saved.  This is the name that will be assigned to the electronic file, not the name assigned to the report itself.
  Report Title	This field allows you to type the name you want to assign to the report itself.
  Comments	This field allows you to type any additional notes you want to attach to the report.
  Enterprise or Account	This drop-down list allows you to choose whether you want the report to cover your entire Enterprise or a specific account.
  Accounts	This box lists all the account(s) whose trunk group(s) you can choose for the report.   Notes:   To select a range of accounts, click the first one you want to include, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual accounts, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the accounts you want to add. This list only appears when you select Account from the Enterprise or Account drop-down list.
  	Click this button to retrieve all the trunk groups associated with the accounts you selected.  When you click this button, the system retrieves all the trunk groups and displays them in the Available Trunk Groups box.   Note:  This button only appears when you select Account from the Enterprise or Account drop-down list.
  Available Trunk Groups	This box lists all the trunk groups you can choose to include in your report.  Click a trunk group to select it for the report.   Note:  To select a range of trunk groups, click the first one you want to include, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual trunk groups, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the trunk groups you want to add.
  	Click this button to move all the selected trunk groups from the Available Trunk Groups box to the Selected Trunk Groups box.
  	Click this button to move all the selected trunk groups from the Selected Trunk Groups box to the Available Trunk Groups box.
  Selected Trunk Groups	This box lists all the trunk groups you have chosen to include in the report.  Click a trunk group to remove it from the report.   Note:  To select a range of trunk groups, click the first one you want to remove, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual trunk groups, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the trunk groups you want to remove.
  Start	This field allows you to type the earliest date you want the report to cover.   Note:  You can choose the report's starting date from a calendar by clicking .  A calendar will appear in a pop-up window, allowing you to click the appropriate date.
  End	This field allows you to type the last date you want the report to cover.   Note:  You can choose the report's ending date from a calendar by clicking .  A calendar will appear in a pop-up window, allowing you to click the appropriate date.
  	Click this button to generate the report using the parameters you entered.  When you click this button, the system will display a message indicating that the report is being run.  The system will then take you to the Report Summary Log screen.
  	This button allows you to schedule the report to run automatically at recurring intervals.  When you click this button, the system takes you to the Schedule Report screen.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without taking any action.

• Fields and buttons - Daily and Hourly Statistics

  Field	Description
  Report File Name	This field allows you to type the name under which the report will be saved.  This is the name that will be assigned to the electronic file, not the name assigned to the report itself.
  Report Title	This field allows you to type the name you want to assign to the report itself.
  Comments	This field allows you to type any additional notes you want to attach to the report.

  	Click this button to move all the selected trunk groups from the Selected Trunk Groups box to the Available Trunk Groups box.
  Selected Trunk Groups	This box lists all the trunk groups you have chosen to include in the report.  Click a trunk group to remove it from the report.   Note:  To select a range of trunk groups, click the first one you want to remove, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual trunk groups, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the trunk groups you want to remove.
  Available Columns	This box contains a listing of all the columns of information you can include in the report.  You can select any or all of these columns you want to add to the report.   Note:  To select a range of columns, click the first one you want to add, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual columns, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the columns you want to add.
  	Click this button to move all the selected columns from the Available Columns box to the Selected Columns box.
  	Click this button to move all the selected columns from the Selected Columns box to the Available Columns box.
  Selected Columns	This box contains a listing of the columns you have chosen to include in the report.  You can select any or all of these columns to remove them from the report.   Note:  To select a range of columns, click the first one you want to add, hold down your Shift key, then click the last one.  To select multiple individual columns, hold down your Ctrl key and click all the columns you want to add.

Note:  Trunk utilization reports are based on statistical information from a unique data source and may not exactly match data from other sources.  Each report is intended for different purposes and presents its data in a manner appropriate to its usage.  For example, Trunk Utilization report data may not match Traffic Utilization report data because the each report's data comes from different sources and is intended for different purposes.
