From the Functions section of the
Dial Plan Routing Tree(If you are not sure how to get to this page, click here. For more information on this page, click here.), click Modify Call Plan.
Result: The system enters Modify mode, and the New Terminating Address link appears in the Links section of the left-hand navigation bar.
Note: You cannot use your browser buttons to navigate the system. When you click your browser's Back button, the system displays a message asking you not to do that, and takes no further action. You must return to View Only mode by clicking either the Save Changes or Cancel Changes links on the left-hand side of the screen.

From the Links section, click Enhanced Features.
Result: The system takes you to the Enhanced Features (Modify Mode) page.

From the Terminating Routes drop-down boxes, select the default
dedicated(A Dedicated terminating address is a circuit or channel leased from a common carrier by an end user for the exclusive use of that end user.) and
switched(A Switched terminating address is a telephone number that is being used as a terminating address. Switched terminating addresses may also be called Ring-to Numbers.) terminating addresses for the dial plan.

Does the dial plan have its own
TnR(Transfer and Release) feature assigned?

Add TnR or modify TnR as you would for a regular call plan.

Does the dial plan have
features(A feature is a set of instructions telling the network how to route calls based on specific criteria. The Toll-free application allows you to enter five different types of feature: Day of Year, Day of Week, Time of Day, Geographic Routing, and Percentage Allocation.) and/or
routing instructions(Routing instructions are the individual instruction(s) that route calls for each feature. For example, you may add a Time of Day feature to a call plan, with a routing instruction telling the network to route calls to a different number between the hours of 7:05AM and 10:00PM.) already assigned?

Add features or add routing instructions as you would for a regular call plan.

In the Toll-free Number description, type the number users will dial to route callers to this dial plan.

In the Call Plan Description field, type any brief identifying notes you want to add to the dial plan.

From the Blocked/Unblocked radio buttons, select whether or not the system will automatically block calls to this dial plan from pay telephones.

Result: The system attempts to save the information you provided, then returns you to the Dial Plan Routing Tree.

Add terminating addresses to the dial plan as needed.

Schedule your changes for propagation to the network.
