What do you see?

This screen gives you in-depth information on one of the terminating addresses(A Terminating Address is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when the toll-free number is dialed.) associated with the selected call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate. Every toll-free number can have multiple call plans associated with it.). You can also work with other aspects of the selected toll-free number using the Links and Functions.  For more information on these, see Links and Functions.

• Fields and buttons - Switched terminating addresses

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select Other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Termination Method	This field indicates that the Terminating Address is a Switched Terminating Address.
  Ring-to Number	This field identifies the number to which calls made to the toll-free number will be routed.   Note: When in Modify mode, you can edit this field.
  Description	This field displays a brief description of the Terminating Address, if one exists.   Note: When in Modify mode, you can edit this field.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without making any changes.

   

• Fields and buttons - Dedicated terminating addresses

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number.   Trunk Group Name	This field identifies the trunk(A trunk is a circuit that connects two call switching systems.) over which calls to the toll-free number are routed to the dedicated terminating address.
  DNIS	This field identifies the DNIS(Dialed Number Identification Service - DNIS Codes identify specific toll-free numbers that terminate on a common trunk.) code that the network uses to identify the dedicated terminating address.
  DTO	If the terminating address uses overflow routing, this field identifies the DTO(Direct Termination Overflow - A dedicated termination to a switched number.) to which overflow calls will be routed.
  Override	If you are in View Only mode, this field indicates whether the selected Dedicated terminating address uses DNIS Override(A feature that allows you to assign unique DNIS codes to individual Dedicated terminating addresses in a superrouted call plan.).   If you are in Modify mode, this field allows you to add, edit, or remove DNIS Override(A feature that allows you to assign unique DNIS codes to individual Dedicated terminating addresses in a superrouted call plan.) for the selected Dedicated terminating address.
  Description	This field displays a brief description of the Terminating Address, if one exists.   Note: When in Modify mode, you can edit this field.
  	Click this button to apply any changes you have made to the selected toll-free number.  When you click this button, the system attempts to save your changes, then returns you to the Terminating Addresses screen.   Note:  This button only appears when you are in Modify mode.
  	Click this button to remove any changes you have made and return the screen to its initial state.   Note:  This button only appears when you are in Modify mode.
  	Click this button to return to the previous screen without making any changes.

From the Select other Call Plan drop-down list, click another call plan you want to see.  The screen will refresh, displaying information for the selected call plan.
