What do you see?

The Terminating Addresses screen lists the terminating address(es)(A terminating address is the telephone number to which the network routes calls when the toll-free number is dialed.) associated with the selected call plan(A call plan is a group of features and routing instructions that determine where calls made to a toll-free number terminate. Every toll-free number can have multiple call plans associated with it.) for a given toll-free number.  You can also work with other aspects of the selected toll-free number using the Links and Functions.  For more information on these, see Links and Functions.

• Fields and buttons

  Field	Description
  Call Plan Displayed	This field indicates the type of call plan you are currently viewing. Valid values for this field are: Primary - The current active call plan for the toll-free number. Alternate - A call plan that is different from the primary call plan and currently inactive, but which can be activated to replace the primary call plan at the owner's request. Future - An alternate call plan that is scheduled to become the primary call plan at a specific date and time. On Hold - A call plan for which provisioning has not yet been completed.
  Select Other Call Plan	This drop-down list allows you to choose another call plan to view, such as an alternate, if one exists.
  Display Mode	This field indicates the current mode of the application screen.  Valid values include: View Only - You can view the call plan information, but cannot make any changes to the call plan. Modify - You can view the current call plan information, and can make changes as needed.  When in Modify mode, you can add or update features, terminating address information, etc.
  Type	This column identifies the kind of terminating address each listed item is. Valid values are SWI(Switched) and DED(Dedicated).
  Value	For each Terminating Address, this field identifies either trunk and DNIS information(for Dedicated Terminating Addresses) or the number to which the network routes calls made to the toll-free number(for Switched Terminating Addresses).   The value in this field is a link allowing you to access more information about a selected terminating address.  When you click this value, the system takes you to the Terminating Address Details screen.
  Description	This column displays a brief description for each Terminating Address, if one exists.

What do you want to do?

From the Select other Call Plan drop-down list, click another call plan you want to see.  The screen will refresh, displaying information for the selected call plan.  No other tasks are associated with this screen.
